According to the medical experts, they reveal that cervical cancer progresses at a gradual cancer & this is said to create a dreaded impact over the lining of the entrance of the uterine region which is represented as cervix. Cancer has been described as a disorder which leads for the uncontrolled development as well as the proliferation of the cells. This is said to create an adverse impact over the lining of the cervix & this is located in the lower part of the uterine region & this condition can be represented as cervical cancer.

This lining of the cervix which is located in the inner region is comprised with dual types of cells which are termed as squamous & columnar cells. The part in the cervix region where such transition of one cell to another cell takes place is referred to as squamo-columnar junction. Such form of regions is considered to be more susceptible for the development of cancerous cells. The medical experts explain that cancerous cells of the cervix develop in a gradual way & thus create an adverse impact with the succession of time.

Certain abrupt & abnormal alterations which the cells of the cervix generate help for the transformation into pre- cancerous stage & this can be represented as Cervical Intraepithelia Neoplasia (CIN). According to the ratios of severity, such type of alterations is categorized as low grade CIN & high grade CIN. The cancer gradually spreads to the other regions of the human body & surrounding tissues, thereby forms a localized cancer.

Females who are constant smokers possess double chances of the development of the risks of cervical cancer as compared with the females who do not smoke. Physicians must examine the medical history of such patients so as to procure with efficient measures of treatment.

Radiation & chemotherapy form to effective treatment methods for overcoming such fatal conditions.
